Shore excursions - Discounts?

We are leaving in May 2005 on the Radiance of the Seas, leaving out of Vancouver, BC through Alaska. I wanted to check out shore excursions, but not book through the cruiselines. Please send me any websites I can do research and possibly save some money as well. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!

A better way to look at booking options is to first look over a ship shore excursion list and narrow down your interests, choose your touring- THEN look for the independent venders. You can't really do it the other way around.
