booking a cruise...

Ok I'm looking for advice on how to book a cruise... I've always used my local agent and I asked for a quote here and got some but... I googled the companies and one has some pretty crummy reviews and one that had good reviews, I emailed, they e-mailed me back and I asked some more questions (port charges, travel insurance) and now they won't email me back! Not very good service.

 

I'm looking for some tips on how to pick an online agency, things I should do or not... and if anyone has had a good experience with one I'd love an email about who they were.
