Cruise Value Center-AOTS on 9/19/04

Hi cruizers! I just made my first ever reservation online for the AOTS departing 9/19/04 from San Juan, PR. Has anyone here dealt with them before? I got the best price from them, and the online reservation was a breeze. I just want to make sure they are 100% to be trusted.

I also booked with them for the first time for an october cruise on the explorer. So far so good. They were way cheaper than anybody else out there, $200-$250 lower for an atrium cabin. The only bad thing i see is they have a $75 per person cancelation charge.

I used cruise Value center for my current cruise in May, have used them in the past & never had a problem, the best prices on the internet. My daughter Just booked a trip with them to bermuda.

Thanks to all! I just wanted to have a bit of feedback. I live in Puerto Rico, so air travel is no concern. BUT, prices in Expedia, Cheap Tickets, Travelocity and others were the same if not HIGHER than the prices of local travel agents! I just got the travel insurance with the price difference... so, off to my fourth cruise!!!

I booked with them and so far no problems. I am aware of the high cancellation fee, but the price they offered was very good.

I've dealt with a few agents via email - the replies are usually brief and to the point, but they have helped me upgrade and switch cabins without any problems.

Hope this makes you feel better.

If you haven't already purchased cruise insurance, do it. It's worth it!

Thanks bestycam... one question though... any advice on changing/ upgrading cabins?? I reserved an inside one, but would like to get a Promenade View one...

They didnt charge me to upgrade but did charge $50 for adding a third person. Didn't understand really because I figured its just more profit for them. Oh well no complaints though very trustworthy. Just watch out for their fees. I would say just be 100% sure of exactly whos going and that everyone will be able to go. Happy Sailings!

I emailed [email]cruiseinfo@cruisevalue.com[/email] and asked them how much to upgrade from a D1 to a C cabin. We emailed back and forth a few times, then I told them to change it. The difference will be added to my balance. They're not the fastest at replying, but got the job done. I also changed cabin numbers a few times. I checked the RCCL website and everything is switched.

I was just on that site. The first 2 times I was able to get a quote, on the 3rd try all I get is someone will call you. What am I doing wrong. I can't get any more quotes!

Our extended family uses them all of the time. They are local though so we do not correspond by email. We phone with concerns and have even been to the office to meet with agents in person, pick up brochures & travel docs. Everyone has been very helpful. Our agent even changed copanies since we booked and the new one is handling everything quickly and efficiently. No problems.

I used them once and I didn't receive my tickets until 6 days before we left. When I called them, all they told me was not to worry about it, they'll get there before you leave. I will probably never use them again unless they improve their customer service.
