How far is it from San Juan airport to the cruise terminal?

I'm not sure of the mileage, but it was about a 15-20 minute taxi ride; give or take a few.

Thanks for the info. So, now I know I dont have to buy a transfer thru the ship,

You're welcome! Cab fare for two of us with 4 bags was about $25. MUCH easier than waiting for a transfer bus to fill up.

Absolutely do it on your own.

The taxis are all lined up at the airport, waiting to go.

Tell the person at the taxi stand where you want to go and ask the price.

 

Looks like you are on the Adventurer, so you will be docked at the Pan Am pier. Should be $15 for up to 5 people, plus a $0.50 for each luggage up to 3 bags, then $1 for additional bags.
