Do Disney As only Adults

My DW is a Disney fiend (a trait she passed on to DD). We have always cruised with RCI, but last week she wondered if anyone had cruised disney without kids and just as adults.

The restaurants look amazing. We don't gamble, so losing the casino is no biggie.

Would we (ages 56 and 51) enjoy a disney cruise even without kids along?

We are 62 & 63 with no kids and we love DCL. We were last on the Magic in Sept 2007 on the Western, and this September we are going 7 night Double Dip to Castaway Cay Costa Maya cruise. There are plenty of activities to keep us busy, even DH who does not go in the pool, goes in the water at Castaway Cay. I rent him a float and we have a nice relaxing day. Castaway Cay is worth the trip alone, and to go twice in one cruise is an added bonus.

We are 2 kidless middle aged adults that are going on our 3rd Disney cruise this September. We also enjoy Celebrity, but we love all things Disney. We manage to find quiet areas (although I must admit I am a little fearful after doing a Celebrity cruise that had so many quiet areas) and enjoy watching children have fun.

Hubby and I are going on our second Disney cruise in Nov. Our kids are just out of college and we are enjoying the free life with no more tuition! :D We sailed on the 4 night Wonder last Nov. and loved it and now we will be doing the 7 night western Nov 1. Never cruised before and so I can't compare it to anything else but I will say the kids are there but not in excess as they are kept so busy. We never found them a problem.

Two adults here, age 42 when we sailed Disney without children. LOVED it! Absolutely the best overall cruise experience of the 5 cruises we have taken thus far. Not big gamblers, so the missing casino was not an issue. We found the service to be exceptional, the food to be terrific and the entertainment wonderful! I agree...Palo's is a must-do!

Just back from 4nt with 4 grandchildren ages 4-4mon. A couple of years ago my DH and I went on DCL alone and had a great time. This time, every time I walked by the quiet adult areas I just drooled. Great adult only spa, pool and lounge areas!
