Maasdam for New Years Eve Cruise?

Group of very active Cnd seniors (65-70, 4-5 couples) are thinking about the Maasdam for our next New Years Eve Cruise; but some reviews are creating concerns about Entertainment, Food, and we may turn out to be the teeny boppers on board!

 

Previous New Years Eve cruises that have turned out well were Celebrity Zenith & Constellation and RCL Legend of the Seas; all with memorable New Years on deck parties

 

Your thoughts, experiences, and advice would be much appreciated
