Liberty -Dinner Schedule in Cozumel

We're in Cozumel on the Carnival Liberty in July. That happens to be the day of my birthday as well as my son. :)

 

I've seen postings about dinnertimes being different sometimes when you are in port late. IE - one item I saw mentioned open seating - but I can't remember what port or ship. We are in port from 8AM-10PM.

 

Anyways, I'd like to have a cake or something for our dinner that night if it is our scheduled seating. If it is open seating, I'll schedule it for the next night.

 

Anyone with recent info on this?

I did Liberty's eastern 8 day itin in Jan and we had open seating for our Puerto Rico night. I'm interested in this one too since I'm doing this in January.
