Carnival air

With air fares rising I feel better about booking air through Carnival. Does anyone know if Carnival ever raises their airfare after quoting you a price? Deposit paid in full monthes ago and final payment not due til next year.

I dont know about raising it, but if you read the policy, its says something to the effect "they will do their best" so its not a done deal that they will get you airfare at that price. I dont think that has been an issue in the past, but it might happen in the future. If I can find the passage I will post it.

 

Cruise air is a good backup and you can always drop it once you find something cheaper as long as you do it before final payment.

I've never had them rise it the couple of times I've used them.

 

Even when they had trouble getting me flights and had to put us up in a hotel and book the return trip 1st class. :D
