Mexican Riveria Cruise in January??????

Has anyone taken the Mexican Riveria Cruise in January or February? I realize it won't be real hot but will the water be warm enough to swim? Does anybody suggest going to this destination during those months?

Yes and yes! You didn't say how far you were going. Will you be doing Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan and Cabo? We have had a bit cooler weather (still very nice) in Cabo in these months, but still warm enough for a suit and swimming! :)

You'' be fine. The first day out and last day back can be a bit dicey (no matter what time of year though). It will be plenty hot down south (ACA). Check this site out:

We agree, we did the Acapulco, Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa, Manzanilla 8 day this past Jan., the water was wonderful.

It seems they are having a little shark problem off Zihua however, if you were planning to surf.

weather is great at that time, not too hot, and not cold

and its WHALE SEASON !!!! need i say more..

The first day out and last day back will probably not be warm enough to sit out on deck (these are sea days) without a cover-up and long pants. Whatever the weather is in L.A. will be the weather on the ship these 2 days. But other than that, you should have beautiful weather.
