Changed flight time. Do we have time?

Just found out AA changed our post cruise flight from San Juan to Mia from 1:55pm to 11:50am. Do we have time to make this flight and does this time now disqualify us from using the luggage valet out of San Juan?

That flight time should be fine. When I sailed the earliest flight time to use luggage valet was noon, so you wouldn't be able to use it with an 11:50am flight, but I can't verify that noon is still the cutoff time.
