Freedom of the Seas on UK TV last night

What an interesting programme this was. It followed the construction from start to handing over. My DH was a draftsperson in a shipyard many years ago and so he was really interested too. Although a little on the large side for us, it looks like a super ship.

yeah i watched that..... but to better it, tonight on;

 

NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC sky 526 at 9pm is the ships 2006/2007 new year cruise.... an even better programme.....

Oh, thank you. I'll see if we can get that. We don't have Sky but have just got Top-Up TV advanced, or whatever it's called with an all-singing all-dancing set-top box.

and did anyone notice that during the interval one of the adverts was for P&O CRUISES, I thought that was quite funny doing a programme about one cruise line and advertising another.
