I do not think PayPal is a good idea for Europe, but then I honestly do not know. They charge a fee for their service and with the US dollar in toilet you are going to be paying even more. It is quite possible that they do not accept PayPal. Use a Credit Card, it is much safer. Cash, you will need Euros and the Pound in England.
