If we are doing southbound on Carnival, ending up at Vancouver -- is there any way we would make a Continental 11:35 am flight?

Not with any certainity, or US Direct.

Continental does not participate in US Direct from the port to airport so that is not an option. If there is a ships transfer you may just make it. If you go independently here are the logistic, your ship will tie up at 7am, the first pax will likely not be off until 8am, the other ship in that morning will be the Ryndam so you will need to get your bags, clear Canadian customs and get a cab bearing in mind that the Ryndam pax will be competeing for the sams cabs, so it is likely you wont be in a cab until 9 am. It is a min 35 min trip to airport and you must be there 2 hrs before your flight as you have to clear US customs and security at the airport. So can you do it.....not impossible but you are really pushing the envelope.

I just found a 12:20. Could I relax with that, or am I still pushing it?

Ok, what I found is a 12:20 on Northwest. Does Northwest do US Direct? I don't want to book an iffy flight and make our last day stressful Any input?

12:20 is most doable and Northwest does participate in US Direct. Make your arrangements for it at the pursers desk soon after you embark. Here is a link for you.
