Adult Berverage Choices aboard the elation

My friends are huge beer aficionados and we are sailing on the 23rd on the elation. Couple questions, first are the beer choices the same for all carnival cruises or do they separate them by the routes they sail. Second, do any of you have menus or list of the beers on board. We were kind of hoping to find out what options are available, becuase we just might have to bring our own on board:D
