Florida to Jamaica?

My Aunt no longer will fly. Period. She is petrified. She and my uncle used to enjoy going to Jamaica on all inclusive vacations, but now cannot fly. Is there any freighter/mailboat/passenger service from any Florida Port to Jamaica? They would take a standard cruise, but would like to spend a week or so actually in Jamaica as opposed to as a one day port of call.
