St.Kitts, Caracas, Grenada for teens

Looking to find some FUN excursions suggestions for these three ports. We will be travelling with 7 kids ages 12-17 (Not all mine!!lol) Our favorite cruise excursions in the past have included:

1) Eli's eco boat tour (Antigua)

2) Captain Nautica excursion to the Baths BVI

3) America's Cup sailing (St.Martin)

4) River tubing (Jamaica)

5) Crane's beach (Barbados) bodysurfing..

Anyone have anything similiar to suggest..NO taxi or bus suggestions please..THANKS!

How was Eli's Eco tour in Antigua? Is there an extensive amount of walking/hiking? I am recovering from knee surgery, and am planning to go in 2 months. I can't do anything too strenuous. Was the snorkelling good?

They may like the off-road quad bike (ATV) tour or the regular mountain bike tour.
