Can anyone tell me who has stayed on the Verandah deck under the restaurant area whether noise is a factor or not? Thanks

I've not had a cabin in that area but as the Restaurant Cezanne is well carpeted and there's generally nothing but eating going on in there I would expect it to be quiet. Other area of the Lido deck, like the pool area where the decks are wood, have generated some complaints about the sounds of tables and chairs scraping has they're moved about but I think you'll be fine.
