Island Excursions need info Victory 11/28

Does anyone have a list of the excursions for St.Thomas St.Maartin and San Juan with the cost for each. I would like to know ahead of time how much they are as I would rather set up something privately before I book on board.Carnival web site just gives a $ estimate range of cost. Any suggestions of what not to miss or who to travel with would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
