Please help with the tour in Montego Bay:) what to choose??

I am very excited about the upcoming trip to the Caribbean, it will be my first time in that area - i was wondering if anyone took the Montego Bay Canopy tour as i find it to be the most interesting tour. We are a young couple so i think we can endure a bit of walking - does anyone has any suggestions for any other good tours?:) Thank you to all!
