Debarkation in LA, transfer to Union Station

Hope someone experienced with ships docking at the San Pedro port can help me with this question:

 

We are getting off the Star on September 27th, is there any chance we would be able to make it to Union Station by 10 AM for the Coast Starlight train?

 

If it helps, we are in an AE suite, and willing to carry off our own baggage.

Maybe if you do the express debarkation and take an expensive cab. San Pedro isn't close to Union Station at all and the ship take about two hours after docking to let people off.
