I have two Next Cruise certificates. I am going to be booking 3 cabins. If one of the certificate people were booked in one cabin and the other certificate person was booked in another cabin would they both get OBC even though they are married and going to different rooms?

Did you get the friends and family certificates with the nextcruise bookings? With the friends and family certificates, you can have 2 more cabins booked on the cruise you use for your nextcruise, and they also get the OBC. They must book within 30 days of when you book to get the OBC.

 

To answer your question, yes, the would each get OBC for their cabin.
