Recommended Posts

You said EOS, I am asumming you mean Explorer of the Seas

If you are, go to voyager-class.com, click on Virtual Tour, Click on your deck, and then your stateroom. Pictures come up and the site is very helpful as well!:D

Enjoy you cruise!

Here is the direct link to the voyager-class.com pictures of 1388/1688 (identical corner afts) http://www.romain-moisescot.com/voyagerclass/albums/albums/cabins/aftbalconies/13881688/html/13881688FR.html

The cabin is larger than a typical D1 and configured differently. There is a pole by the foot of the bed and an extra-large balcony.

Also check out Bonnie Voyager's aft cabins photo album at http://travel.webshots.com/album/48328219CtbGLi and cabin 1688 phone album at http://travel.webshots.com/album/42736707mJbKZS for more pics.

The cabin probably has the new updated bedding but I'm not positive.

We grabbed this cabin when we were booking last month, looking for a triple JS when there was none. I was just hoping it was available because someone cancelled, but I had also read about them. A regular D1 was just too narrow for us.

The pix put me a little at ease.

Now I just hope there's not a lot of movement back there. There certainly wasn't any when we had a too fore for comfort cabin, and felt nothing.

Great pics, Toonje.

We stayed in 1688 on our first cruise. Spoiled us for a cabin from then on. Great combo of space, both in cabin and on balcony. Your pictures bring back great memories.

Thanks! We were in it on the Mariner as well and just love it! My mom was in 1388 on the AOS, so we had both corners covered!
