Carnival Site Problems

Ok I'm trying to make my final payment for the cruise online and when I hit submit I get this error...

 

5102 : Your agency is not on file

 

And it won't take my payment. What is really odd is that I don't have an agency I used a PVP.

 

Has anyone else experienced this?

Nope. I always call my PVP to make final payment.

Same thing happened to me. I had to call my PVP to make final payment. I didn't get an explanation.

Same here - tried to make a payment, but no luck! Plus, I can't view my booking online - it tells me there is an error and "they;re working on it..."

You cannot make your payment online. I told my PVP about it, and he said they have to do it since they booked it in the first place. I guess they must have a code, or credit for it or something. Just call your PVP. Enjoy! :-)

It's not just if you booked through a PVP. We booked our Triumph cruise right through the website and it wouldn't take our final payment. Not a big deal - just called Carnival and made the payment that way.

PVP = Personal Vacation Planner, that's what Carnival calls their folks that answer the phones and books your cruises for you.

I thought I had made my final payment on line, kept checking my account and it didn't post, didn't post. Called them and they had no record. Luckily I had done it a few weeks before the due date so I didn't miss the deadline. The web site actually told me that it took the payment. Never did see the payment.. oh well, leave tommorow, so who cares anymore!!!!
