Next Cruise info

What is the web site to information on Next Cruise rules and regulations? I am having a heck of a time trying to redeem them to book my cruise. I have spent a total of about 3 hours on the phone with RCCL (over the last several days) trying to straighten out the mess the person onboard created when we purchased the certificates in January.

 

The reps at RCCL seem to have different answers everytime I call. Is there an actual page that has answers to questions about Next Cruise?

Are you a Crown and Anchor member, I would recommend calling the CA and see if they can help spearhead a resolution. Give a call to 800-526-9723.

 

I hope you get it resolved soon. There is nothing worse than having things like this hang over your planning stages.
