Celebrity's Champagne Cocktail Sauce Recipe

Hi,

 

We recently returned from our first Celebrity cruise. It was fantastic!

 

Often we ordered the shrimp cocktail with the Champagne cocktail sauce. DH and I loved that sauce. It was so different from the classic cocktail sauce with horseradish.

 

Does anyone have any idea what's in it? I googled Champagne cocktail sauce and got really nothing.

 

If anyone has a recipe or similiar I would appreciate it. If anywhere I would find it; it would be here on CC.
