Best dining time on the Star

I would appreciate any suggestions for the best time to dine at Versaille or Aqua on the Star. I would like to avoid wait time. We will need a table for 4 sometimes or a table for 2.

It will really vary by the current port of call, departure time and other events going on that day. One constant that does impact busy times is people trying to eat just before the show, and a bigger impact just as the early show lets out and everyone heads to dinner.
