Best hotel for park and cruise in Port Everglades?

I had a great package booked, but realized I had booked in the wrong port city!!!:o

 

Can you recommend a good hotel for a park and cruise package near Port Everglades in Ft. Lauderdale, please?

We like either the LaQuinta Inn, Hollywood, or the Hampton Inn, Plantation. Both have parking and a shuttle to the port and are close to shopping and restaurants.

 

You'll need to take a taxi from the port back to the hotel. I believe that would run between $12.00-$18.00. Bequia will know for sure!
