travelgoddes Posted April 8, 2004 #1 Share Posted April 8, 2004 Is there a cost for coffee and snacks from here? Bon Voyage, Mary
elijahdoll Posted April 8, 2004 #2 Share Posted April 8, 2004 No charge for cafe promenade. The only choices there are fruit (I saw oranges, apples & bananas), slices of pizza, and these small sandwiches that are pre-made and they usually have about 2 or 3 varieties daily and ofcourse the cookies & cakes (many to choose from). serene56 Posted April 8, 2004 #3 Share Posted April 8, 2004 Nope, regular coffee is free. But specialty coffee there is a fee. This is where you will get your pizza, little sandwiches, even different cakes are available. Bandit236 Posted April 8, 2004 #4 Share Posted April 8, 2004 Hi, It's fun to go there in the morning and grab a table to people watch. I don't drink coffee but there's also tea or hot chocolate. If I don't grab a table, I take it back to our room along with some of the morning pastries. Enjoy and make the most out of the place. Happy cruising. Princess#1 Posted April 8, 2004 #5 Share Posted April 8, 2004 I am going on Navigator in May. How late is the Cafe open? I sometimes get late night cravings for the pizza and I can never find it anywhere. Anyone know??? Thanks, Rachael Navigator of the Seas
bibb Posted April 8, 2004 #6 Share Posted April 8, 2004 I believe the Promenade Cafe is open 'round-the-clock. It was on the Voyager and the Adventure. We always stopped by before turning in (anywhere from 1-3:00AM ) for cookies and coffee. As said above, it is great for grabbing a table and watching the crowd walk by while enjoying your coffee. rncruiser Posted April 9, 2004 #8 Share Posted April 9, 2004 The Cafe Promenade was one of my favorite spots on the ship. Great for a quick snack, a cup of coffee and people watching. I don't think I could go on anything but a Voyager-class ship now because I loved it so much.
