Completed Sail and Sign Form

I am leaving on the Holiday in 2 weeks and I was going over all the paperwork to make sure and have everything I need.Carnival says for Check-In Procedures Day of Saililng you need:1. Fun Pass2. Completed Sail & Sign Form3. Passport4. Credit CardI have everything but the Completed Sail and Sign Form. Can anyone tell me what this looks like. I did electronic documents and I don't see this form.

Under pre-cruise regestration its the OnBoard Expense Account once thats filled out thats what they want.......when you print the fun pass this is included in the information on there end.

It is where you put what Credit Card you are going to use. This is the last page when you fill out the Fun Pass.

So since I did this online, does that mean that Carnival already this form. In my paperwork I see a section that says:Sign & Sail Account - All guests in the booking have ompleted their Sail and Sign account on-line. Pleas present the credit card used on-line at thetime of check-in.I am assuming I can scratch this off my list then?

Yes you need passports, fun pass, and credit card that you listed for your OnBoard Expense Account. Thats it! Enjoy your cruise even though I know you will......its all i work for anymore:)
