things to do around pier

We are happily planning our days in Hawaii during our Carnival 4-09 cruise. Are there things to do around the ports on days we have excursions and no car? Somedays we may be back to the ship hours before it sails. Ah so much to do and so little time..........

If you can find somewhere to stash your luggage after disembarking there a re lot of must see's near Honolulu pier such as statue's, palace, govt buildings china town and much more all within walking distance of the pier. The Aloha Tower is also quite nice to spend some time ,restaurants, shops,boardwalk.

You might want to try searching this forum by port. There have been (and I have done) extensive postings for 'walkable' port activities and attractions.
