Fitness center on the Star

Can anyone tell me exactly what kind of machines they have? I go to the gym almost everyday and use a variety of machines and just want to know what to expect.

 

Also, do they have any weight machines or is it all free weights?

I saw elliptical machines, bikes and all the typical machines you might expect. It is not a huge fitness center but it gets the job done.

there s alot of cardio type machines..not much on cardio so i don t

know what they re called..best described as hi-tech tread mill s

with TV hook-up s..

 

and a ample choice of dumbell s and benchs as well as weight machines

to isolate body parts..

 

it s right across from the buffet so you can get right to business whey
