AOS Pool hours?

I tried searching but didn't find the answer I was seeking. Are pools and/or hot tubs open all the time on AOS, or at least late into the evening? If I decided I wanted to hang out in the hot tub under the stars or moon at night, will I be able to? One of the things I dislike about Las Vegas hotels is how early their pools close, even in summer. Being able to spend some time in the evening there is very enjoyable to me.

RCCL's pool and hot tubs are open 24/7. At certain times, usually during the middle of the night, they will have one closed for cleaning, but they usually have at least one pool and one hot tub open at all times.
