Lattitudes Membership Question

We sailed on the Majesty in August, myself, husband and three daughters. Over the weekend I received my Latitudes membership. The question is that only I received one. Does this one card apply to the whole family or should the rest be coming? I want to book another cruise and want to make sure we all have membership. Thanks

Both my wife and I received our own card and our own number.

Children under 18 will not receive the lattitudes cards. I believe both adults should get the cards. We have been on 4 NCL cruises and have never recieved cards, even when I called requested replacement cards a few months ago. I have the lattitudes numbers from my quarterly magazine, and past cruise tickets and I just use that when I book. You can also pick up temporary cards once on board the ship.
