"the garden" on carnival liberty

what is "the garden" on Carnival Liberty? It is mid-ship and appears to span 4 decks. Is it anything that I would want to stay away from when choosing my cabin?

It's the atrium. Beautiful lights that change colors.

It looks like the atrium to me. It's just empty space except on the Lobby deck where there's a bar. Usually some kind of music is played there....usually classical type. The glass elevators are here.
