Radisson at the Reef Shuttle?

We will be staying at the Radisson the night before our cruise. I called today to book the shuttle. I was told that the earliest shuttle is at 11:30 A.M. I would like to be there earlier. Has anyone had experience with Radisson's shuttle? Any chance that they leave earlier?

I think they are pretty booked usually. We made the mistake of waiting the night before to book and the good times were taken. They were pretty accurate though.
