Liberty- balcony quad

I've searched posts and still unclear on this-

 

Here is what I think I am understanding. The Liberty 8A balconies are 185 sq ft, so same size as inside 4A. 35 sq ft balcony which is where the 220 sq ft total comes from correct?

 

Also, the balcony quads consist of 2 twins covertable to King, a pullout sofa and an upper. All of these are marked with the square symbol on the deck plans.

 

Someone please confirm or correct me!
