Viking - Paris to Prague (Any Experience?)

We are booked to go on the Viking Fontane Paris to Prague Aug 29th 2008. Does anyone have experience with this cruise? I am a little worried about the age of the ship and the lodging in Paris at Le Meridian Montprnasse.

 

This is our first river cruise. We love Europe and are hoping it will be a relaxing way to visit.
