H2Otstr Posted July 28, 2008 #1 Share Posted July 28, 2008 Can anyone tell me the price of alcoholic drinks on US Airways to Europe? Mostly interested in price of wine. Flying Phl to MAD, then Air Portugal from MAD to LIS.
Rare ohioNCLcruiser Posted July 28, 2008 #2 Share Posted July 28, 2008 $5 or $7 dollars I think. I thought it was $5 but was just raised to $7. Coffee is $1 and juice and pop is $2. Edit: The booze cost is $7 not $5. Soda and juice/coffee are free on international flights it sounds like.
Philip217 Posted July 28, 2008 #3 Share Posted July 28, 2008 They all charge about the same - within a dollar or two. I hope your budget for visiting Europe is not based on something this small. If so, you are going to be shocked by prices when you get over there.
H2Otstr Posted July 28, 2008 Author #4 Share Posted July 28, 2008 I went to Europe in June, so I know what to expect. We usually travel British Airways to Europe, but the times on US Airways were better for this trip. The foreign carriers do not charge for wine at dinner, just asking, not being cheap.
