You have to send an email to web_reservations@rccl.com

In between the word web and the word reservations, you must put a _ (an "underscore")

It does not show up in the underlined address and will not work without it. ;)

Give them your ships name, sailing date and your reservation number and they will get back to you.

I usually do it 6-8 weeks before our cruises. You can find out right away.
