Changing 3rd person

We have a family member in our cabin as the third person. It looks like they made need to cancel. We have a friend who wants to go. Does anyone know if this is easy to do and if there are any fees? We have made the final payment.

Are you using a personal TA that you can talk to right now or go and see?

 

I have heard of people changing a room mate - but not after final payment.

 

Who has paid the final bill? YOU?

Yes you can do a name change after final payment and it is easy to do. If you used a TA get them to contact Hal, or if you went direct through Hal call them yourself. It will cost you for the name change. A friend of our did a name change like within the last week before sailing and it ran about $200 but this was for the second person in the cabin. My thinking is if your further out, maybe it is cheaper and being it is for a third person it would be even less, but I would do it as soon as possible.

Wow! You guys are quick. Thanks for all the great info! We will talk to our TA. She is wonderful but out of town until Monday. I am sure it can wait until then.
