What can I expect to be going on during the time we are docked in Honoulu for two days. Will there be evening entertainment, bars open, casino and etc during the docking times in the other ports?

The Casino will be closed in Hawaiian waters. It is against state law to gamble in Hawaii. At least it was five years ago when we were on NCL Star. The Star didn't even have a casino on her at that time because of the law. The ship will have everything else open unless an area is undergoing maintenance. The ship has activities going on every day, even when in port.
