Arcadia Bike tour

Has anyone ever done the bike tour at Arcadia park with Royal Caribbean? DW and I were looking at it, but neither of us have been on a bike in years and we aren't in the greatest shape. So if anyone has any input, it would be great!

but to recap - if you are not a regular biker and you do not have the time before the cruise to get in shape, stay off the bike. The carriage roads are hard packed gravel with crushed stone. Acadia National Park is NOT flat. Not an easy ride for someone out of shape.

 

Borrow a bike and see how far you can ride in an hour, and then be honest with yourself.
