Fruit soups on the Tahitian

We just got back for 14 days on the Tahitian and they had the most wonderful chilled fruit soups. Does anyone have the recipies especially the strawberry?

 

 

You can get very close to the "real thing" by pureeing fresh strawberries, straining, adding some simple syrup to taste, and then mixing that in an equal amount with cream. Add a splash of liquor to liven it up a bit - and you got it. They are wonderful, but more like dessert for a second course.
