Luggage limits and locks on IOTS

Hello,

Are there any luggage weight and amount limits on Independence OTS?

 

Also do you have to leave you luggage unlocked for checking? Or do you lock it?

you can lock EVERYTHING and there is technically a 200lb per person limit, but if you pack that much you have WAY over packed. LOL:D;):eek:

Do you remember the outrage when they first started putting scales at embarkation? There were quite a few people upset when they were left at the dock.

We do not use losks...electrcians vinyl ties work far better & if the TSA or cruiselines have to break them they are replaced w/ electricians vinyl ties.

i'll second that.... i use them all the time and always have spares in case they are checked and not replaced

I've seen some people bring what appears to be everything but the kitchen sink. I always wonder where they store all that luggage in such a tiny space. :eek:

Never mind on the cruise...where is it kept at home?

We have a 3-room apartment & the 2 suitcases & 2 carryons take up most of the space in the entry closet.
