Separate drowning incidents claimed the lives of two people including a 28-year old newlywed last week in Bermuda.

Reports say Ting Chen of Queens, New York collapsed and died in waist-deep water at Snorkel Park at the Royal Naval Dockyard. Ting and husband Ron Chen were married July 26 and had taken a honeymoon cruise on the Norwegian Dawn. Authorities did not describe the death as suspicious.

In the other incident, 66-year old Juergen Ausborn of Ardsley, New York died July 27 while snorkeling near Pompano Beach Club in Southampton.
