MSN-Travelers Posted August 5, 2008 #4 Share Posted August 5, 2008 Hello-Has anyone ever booked this excursion through Johann & Sandra? Reviews and Reccomendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, secretv2:confused: http://www.puertovallartatours.net/yelapa-majahuitas-snorkeling.htm There are three excursions, using roughly the same name, that go to Majahuitas for snorkeling and then on to Yelapa. We have been on the one run by Pegaso and it is on a sailing ship. http://www.vallartaonline.com/tours/DiscoverYelapa/ The other two excursions are run by Princess (not the cruise line) & Vallarta Adventures and we haven't been on either of those. The excursion offered by Johann & Sandra is aboard the PRINCESS YELAPA and here is a mini-review they offered here: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showt...rincess+yelapa For more information on the PRINCESS YELAPA, do a google search for princess yelapa vallarta and you will get additional feedback. The tour offered through the cruise lines is run by Vallarta Adventures: http://www.vallarta-adventures.com/s...ajahuitas.html Again, we haven't been on this excursion but we have never been on a Vallarta Adventures excursion that wasn't first class all the way. Vallarta Adventures has an agreement with the cruise ship industry that prevents them from selling directly to cruise ship passengers to get a lower-than-cruise ship price. With a little work ... you can always find a third party tour broker (like Johann & Sandra or VallartaOnline or Vallartainfo) that can hook you up at a non-ship price. Enjoy! afcj1 Posted August 6, 2008 #5 Share Posted August 6, 2008 Hello-Has anyone ever booked this excursion through Johann & Sandra? Reviews and Reccomendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, secretv2:confused: http://www.puertovallartatours.net/yelapa-majahuitas-snorkeling.htm I inquired about this tour by calling the 800 #. When I asked about how crowded it was, I was told that there are several tours that do this route, at the same time. That was enough to sway me, only because I was attempting to find a tour that wasn't too crowded. I found that the ladies that answer the 800 # are very helpful and will answer direct questions. I haven't seen any reviews lately on this particular tour.

Hmm I'm still not too sure about this tour. I will continue to do research! None of the reviews are that convincing! It seems so Beautiful too :-) Thank you, secretv2:-)
