Cartagena Day Pass

Does anyone have any knowledge of any of the resort hotels in the Cartagena area offering Day Passes to use their facilities/beaches? I know other properties in the Caribbean do offer this at times, but the only "hint" I've found of it in Cartagena is the Las Americas Global Resort.
