Liquor store in Miami

I just purchased some Rum Runners Flasks recommend by you wonderful CC'ers. THANK YOU.

My question is: Does anyone know if there is a Liquor store close to the Miami Port? Or if the Miami Airport has one?

 

We are traveling from Canada and to take Liquor across the border to Seattle is not an option. We would end up paying duty for it and then have the worry of it leaking in our luggage. Figured it would be much easier to just purchase something when we arrive in Miami.

I do not know if you will be staying in Miami before your cruise, if you are and your hotel is in downtown (by the port) there is a liquor store by Walgreens right in downtown Miami.

Otherwise, there are plenty of liquor stores everywhere in Miami, you can ask your cab driver (if you are taking a cab from the Airport) and I am sure he will be more than happy to take you to one on the way.;)

If you are flying in the day of the cruise, stop before you get downtown. There is a recent post about where to stop between the airport and the port.
