Parasailing in Labadee or another stop?

We will be on the Western Caribbean itinerary of the Mariner - with stops at Labadee, Jamaica, Grand Caymen and Cozumel.

For first time parasailors (sp?) - would there be a better place to try it?

Is there someplace that offers longer time up or is a better value than Labadee?

The advantate to parasailing at Labadee is that it is mostly a 'beachy day', and not as many other competing activities. So you could still do stingrays at Grand Cayman, Snorkel at Coz and Dunns River/tubing/ziplines/other activitiy in Jamaica and not be missing out on other excursions because you were off parasailing.

The disadvantage of parasailing at Labadee is that because there aren't as many other activities, you really need to plan to pre-book here. Don't wait until the last minute.

Also, if the weather is not favorable at Labadee for some reason, you can still try to get on one of the other parasail tours on your next 3 stops :D
