I was just there on 10/21. The cab fare listed at International Pier is $16 for 4. Tom, you handed my wife a flyer for PB. If I had known that was you I would have said hello. We were headed there anyway, and we had a blast. I didnt see you the rest of the day though...

Yeah, couldn't go to the beach that day, I'd blown my back out the day before lifting way too heavy boxes at our store. It was a chiropractor/muscle relaxant/ice pack kinda day after my pier duties!

Good to read that you managed to have a blast without me though...thanx for stopping by!

The sign actually reads $12USD to Paradise Beach....don't tell me that they actually charged you 16!?!?!?!...hasta la vista!

Firefighter 75 - Just curious, what did they get? They charged us $20 for 5 in a van and even though I argued with them that 4 people went for $12. I ended up paying it because they were all working together and everyone said $20 and we really wanted to go. It was a great beach and we really enjoyed the day. Ended up taking a cab van from the beach to downtown which we paid $20 for also so I guess it evened out.
